Our offerings are as individualized as your desires, needs, ideas and financial resources. We offer flat rate fees or billing on an hourly basis, depending on the scope and amount of time spent.

 

	Many of our partners and service providers give us special conditions and discounts, which, naturally, we are pleased to pass on to you. This allows you to keep your costs down to a reasonable level too.
	We would be pleased to accompany you to any appointments and meetings that arise.
	We can also coordinate the order of the program for your party.

 

Prices

(prices do not include 20% Value Added Tax)

 

	First meeting (1h): free of charge / personal or telephone
	Support in different areas (each 3 suggestions, checking availabilities, costs): from € 150.00
	Organization/looking after different areas (e.g., location search, decorating): at an hourly basis or flat rate
	Organizational consultation for your personal "Do-it-yourself" party (approx. 4 h): € 400.00
	Personal support on the day of the event (8h): € 600.00 / depending on t&m basis
	Complete organization (depending on number of people, size, expense): from € 1.000.00 or 13% of total budget
	Hourly rate: € 50.00
	Mileage allowance: flat rate or € 0.37 per km
